Shame on Epstein, Becker and Green Law Offices and CIFC Asset Management for devaluing the skills of New York City Carpenters by allowing Anfield Interiors and Swift Construction to build out their new offices at 875 3rd Ave, Manhattan. Anfield Interiors and Swift Construction does not pay a living wage or healthcare benefits to their workforce. The race to the bottom is ongoing. Greedy corporations & contractors continue to promote these unfair labor practices. The New York City District Council of Carpenters will continue the fight for all workers that deserve the ability to live and raise their families in NYC.
